Our partnership with MAN Truck & Bus has been exemplary over the past 13 years. We grew from a humble market share of 5% before the partnership between Al-Ahlia and MAN to an average of 35% over the last decade, selling over 2,300 trucks and 150 marine engines in Kuwait since 2005. Today, with this state-of-the-art facility located at Al-Rai, Al Ahlia is committed to steadily increase MAN’s market share and become the market leader.
With the NEW showroom and service center, AAHV seeks to reinforce its premium brands leadership vision in Kuwait’s commercial heavy equipment industry. The 4,000 sqm workshop, 1,750 sqm parts warehouse and 6,000 sqm storage facility for trucks will ensure that customers get top-notch service and that a much wider range of genuine spare parts are immediately available.

We are looking for a personable Service Advisor to act as the liaison between our customers and service technicians. The Service Advisor's responsibilities include greeting customers, listening to requests, scheduling appointments, estimating costs, verifying insurance, conducting inspections. The Service Advisor will ensure customer service by working with customers to determine their vehicle issues and problems, determining the repair timeline, and working with technicians to convey the customers' concerns with accurate repair descriptions.
To be a successful Service Advisor, you should have excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills. You should also have a strong understanding of automotive technology and of the automotive industry
